“The problem with pounding a square peg into a round hole is not that the hammering is hard work. It’s that you’re destroying the peg.” – Paul Collins
It looks and feels a lot like this:
And it needs to stop.
For the square pegs.
Like me.
Like you.
Because square pegs are unique and valuable, and they should never be destroyed to accommodate the round holes of life.
It’s time to embrace your edges.
The edges give you creativity and insight round pegs simply don’t have. Your intolerance for the status quo provides you with the unique ability to find and fix the dysfunction others are too afraid to acknowledge.
The world needs your edges, even though many in it will try to convince you to pound them away.
Please know the pounding never creates a round peg, it merely destroys a square one.
You were not made for others to destroy.
Challenge ideas.
Find solutions.
Rebel against expectations.
Save the square pegs.
